How does the free plan work?
The Free plan is free forever for up to 10 users — no credit card required. You get access to every feature Rymo has to offer. If your team grows beyond 10 users, you move to the Standard plan at $0.40/user/month.
How is a "user" counted?
A user is anyone with an active, licensed account on your Jira site. Rymo billing follows your Jira user count — no separate user management needed.
Is there a free trial for the Standard plan?
Yes. All plans come with a 30-day free trial. Billing only starts after the trial ends if you choose to continue.
How does volume discount work?
The more users you have, the less you pay per user. For teams above 150 users, the per-user price drops significantly — down to as low as $0.01/user. Use the pricing calculator on the Atlassian Marketplace listing to see your exact cost.
How is Rymo billed?
Rymo is billed entirely through the Atlassian Marketplace — the same place you manage your Jira subscription. No separate contracts, no new billing relationship to set up.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Atlassian Marketplace. There are no lock-in periods or cancellation fees.
Is Rymo compatible with Jira Service Management?
Yes. Rymo works with both Jira Software and Jira Service Management on Jira Cloud.
Where is my data stored?
Rymo is built on Atlassian Forge, which means your data never leaves your Jira instance. It is stored within Atlassian's infrastructure in your chosen data region — we do not have access to it.
